Tea Towels from the Te Papa Store collection featuring exquisite designs by New Zealand artist Ernest Mervyn Taylor. Taylor (1906 - 1964), an important NZ printmaker worked mainly in woodblock and had many of his illustrations used in the istoric School Journal.
It is understood he is the first NZ artist to hold a solo exhbition in New York in 1954.
